• Charity status
• Padel update. A short overview of the latest position regarding the installation of a Padel court at the site. This will include;
i) a schematic of the location of the court on site,
ii) a summary of the key financials that have been provisionally agreed with the Board
iii) The development timeline

2. To receive and approve the financial accounts for year ended 31st March 2025

3. To elect up to eight functional directors

4. To transact any other ordinary business
