• It is with huge regret and very heavy hearts that we have to announce, under guidance from our governing bodies, the English Cricket Board and Middlesex Cricket Board, the suspension of Club cricket activities at Barnes CC until further notice.

    - Spring term coaching is cancelled on 22nd & 29th March

    - Easter Camp is to be rescheduled for later in the year

    - Summer term coaching start dates are now tentative and are likely to be delayed

    - Barnes Sports Club Cricket Nets are out of use until further notice

Happily, cricket’s governing bodies are working very closely with the government and the Club community as a whole to try and find ways which clubs are able to operate safely in some capacity, whether if be full or otherwise. The ECB has committed to explore ways that cricket can support some levels of physical activity in communities, particularly at junior levels. At Barnes, we will update you immediately when we are able to restart cricket activities.

    Subscriptions and pre-paid fees

Anyone who has pre-paid subscription fees or fees for Easter camp will be entitled to use these as credits for future cricket activities. An example would be to use the credits for one-to-one coaching or special camps that we intend to run as soon as our coaches are permitted to start cricket activities again.

Please contact Laurie Cadle at colts@barnescc.co.uk if your circumstances require a refund.

Until such time where we can resume cricket, we hope you all stay safe and sound, and look forward to welcoming you back to Barnes CC in the not-too-distant future.

    Warmest regards,

    The Barnes Cricket Club Committee
