“Honorary Member” – as defined by the BCC Constitution.
i. By resolution at the Annual General Meeting or a Committee meeting,
individuals may be invited to become Honorary Members with the object of
marking the appreciation of the Club for services rendered both on and off the
field and generally to strengthen the membership.
ii. No special subscriptions shall be payable but any donations made by Honorary
Members shall form part of the funds of the Club.
iii. Honorary Members shall receive all the privileges of playing members except
that they shall not be considered available for selection for matches, except in
special circumstances approved by the Committee and that they shall not
propose or second or vote at a General Meeting although they may, if they so
wish, speak on any subject before the meeting.
